- For customers using Crocs for the first time: after referring to the Size Guide and choosing the corresponding size, please increase 1 size from the suggested size. For example, you are wearing size 42 Vietnam corresponding to Crocs M8W10, with Hiker Festival products please increase to M9W11 for a more comfortable size.
- For customers who have used Crocs Classic product lines: please increase 1 size compared to the current Clog Classic line. For example, you are wearing Clog Classic size M8W10, with this product you should wear size M9W11.
