When can I receive my Click&Collect order at the selected store?

After successfully placing an order, you will receive a notification via Zalo (within 24 hours) to confirm that the order is ready to pick-up. Please wait for this notification before picking up the goods. 

Can I choose my preferred payment method for Click&Collect orders?

Orders with Click&Collect products must be paid 100% in advance through payment methods on the Crocs.com.vn website such as: credit card, debit card, e-wallet, installment... The "Cash on delivery" method is not available in this case.

What information do I need to prepare when coming to the store to pick up my Click&Collect order?

When you come to receive the goods, you need to open the Zalo app and provide the message "Ready to pick up" to the store staff to validate the transaction, because this is a prepaid order. 

After providing valid information, the store staff will hand over the Click&Collect order to you. Please co-check with the store staff to immediately detect any product-related problems, if any, so that they can be handled immediately.

Can I have someone else pick up my order?

In case of having someone else receive the goods, the store staff will contact you by phone to verify the recipient before handing over the goods (because this is a prepaid order)

If the store staff cannot contact you immediately, they will have to refuse handing over the order to the recipient. Then, Crocs Customer Service will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the recipient's information. After the information is verified and notified to the store staff, the recipient can receive the goods normally.

What happens if I cannot pick up my order within the specified time?

You have up to 7 days to receive Click&Collect order after receiving the “Ready to pick up” Zalo message. After this time, if you do not come to collect the goods, the order will be canceled and Crocs will refund for you.

If my Click&Collect order is cancelled, how and when will I receive my refund?

After the order is canceled, the money will be refunded to the original account you used to pay within 7-10 working days from the date of order cancellation (refund time depends on the bank you use).

Note: if you pay with an e-wallet linked to a bank account, the money will be refunded to the e-wallet.

Can I exchange size or exchange for another product before picking up the item in store?

  • If you want exchange size, you can directly ask the store staff to support you in exchanging the size when receiving the goods, it is not required to exchange the size before coming to the store.
  • If you want exchange another SKU, you need to contact Customer Service Team immediately for support to cancel the old order and place a new order (mandatory process). Also, the difference from the product exchange must be paid in advance (via bank transfer) before you come to the store to receive the goods.

Can I exchange size or exchange for another product while I am picking up my order in store?

  • If you want exchange size and stock is available in store, the store staff will help you adjust the original order on the system, without incurring additional costs. 
  • If you want exchange another SKU, the store staff will have to cancel the Click&Collect order and money will be refunded to your account within 7-10 working days. Then, the store staff will create a new order with the product you want to exchange. The new order is an order purchased at the store, not a Click&Collect order, and you are requested to pay 100% for this order (no deduction will be applied to the old order). Orders purchased at the store will be applied according to the store's promotional program at that time, not the Crocs Website program.

Is it possible to exchange Click&Collect items at store after purchase and leaving?

After the Click&Collect order is successfully delivered and changed to Completed status on the system, please contact Customer Service to process any exchange/return if have. Crocs DO NOT support exchange/return with Click&Collect orders at store.

Is the Return policy for Click&Collect orders different from that of Home Delivery orders?

The return policy of Click&Collect orders will be applied according to return policy when purchasing online:
  • Full price products: within 30 days.
  • Sale price products: exchange with same SKU within 15 days.
 >> The valid return period is calculated from the date you receive the product until you submit a return request to Crocs support channels such as: Email Crocs Vietnam / Facebook / Zalo / Hotline.

How to cancel Click&Collect order?

You can cancel your Click&Collect order in the following ways:
  • Email to Crocsvietnam@crocs.com.vn.
  • Send message to Zalo Crocs Viet Nam.
  • Send message to Fanpage Crocs Viet Nam.


Can I change the store to pick up after placing an order?

You can send a request to exchange the pick-up store to Crocs support channels. After receiving the information, Crocs Vietnam's processing procedure will be carried out according to the following steps:
  • Step 1: Crocs will check the inventory of the product at the store you want to exchange iand make sure it is in stock. If the product is out of stock, Crocs will contact you to discuss the next steps.
  • Step 2: Crocs cancel Click&Collect order at old store.
  • Step 3: Crocs create a new Click&Collect order with the new store as the delivery location. Offset the payment of the old order to the new order so that the customer does not have to re-pay.
  • Step 4: Zalo messages will be sent to customers, notifying that the order is ready to pick up.
