a) You want a snug, comfortable fit whether the heel strap is rotated forward or backward.
b) Your foot length measurement is close to the first size limit specified by the brand for each size. For example: if your foot measures 23 cm - corresponding to size US M5W7 (23 - 23.8 cm) in Crocs' sizing, with this product, you should go down 1 size to M4W6 for a snugger fit. Additionally, if you measure around 23.5 cm, you should choose the correct size as recommended by Crocs, which is US M5W7.
